Choose a 30, 45 or 60 minute session to fit your schedule.
No experience needed for Gentle, Chair or Kids Yoga with modifications offered. Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Yoga Sculpt & Yoga Pilates Fusion require an understanding of poses & some experience.
All sessions are 1:1. You can also book a group for corporate events; team building, girls trip wellness; etc
Private location of your choice, i.e. Home, Business or Zoom online.
Wear active wear clothing (yoga pants).
Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before; Bring water.
Consider setting an intention for your practice (but don't stress if you don't have one)

Before any poses, we start with breath-work to warm up your body.
Warm-up exercises/poses to start warming up your muscles & bones before the main body of the class.
Body of session: The type of yoga session offered will determine the poses during this part.
Restorative phase will be a cooling down period for your body & poses are designed based on the yoga session.
Savasana is practiced at the end when you lie on your back on the mat. It allows the body to: Absorb the benefits of the Yoga session, calm the nervous system, reduce stress and mental chatter.
