Reiki helps to shift stagnant energy and is often used to help with pain, stress, and anxiety as well as promoting an overall well-being.

Immersive sound / vibrational sessions using crystal & himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks for restorative sound & vibrational baths. Madge Hamilton is a certified wellness practitioner dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with a sense of balance, calm, and inner awareness. Through a blend of restorative practices and energy-based therapies, she creates supportive spaces for deep relaxation and personal renewal.

Madge is a
Reiki Level II Certified Practitioner, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and an iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher.

She is also certified in
Sound and Vibrational Therapies through the Meditate School of Mindfulness & Sound, where she trained in the use of sound and frequency-based practices that promote relaxation and energetic harmony.

Her work integrates
Reiki energy, Yoga Nidra meditation, immersive sound & vibrational therapies, offering sessions that gently guide the body / mind toward rest, restoration, and balance.

Madge’s approach is
grounded, compassionate, and personalized, allowing each experience to meet the individual needs of those she works with.

She is passionate about sharing practices that help people
slow down, reconnect inwardly, and cultivate a deeper sense of well being in everyday life.
